This PR introduces two new issue templates to the repository:
Bug Report Template: A structured template for users to report bugs effectively. It includes sections for detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and environment information (such as operating system, Docker version, etc.). Additionally, it encourages users to provide debug information by running the command with the --verbose option to help diagnose issues more easily.
Feature Request Template: A template to guide users when submitting feature requests. It helps ensure that requests are detailed enough to understand the intended feature, why it's useful, and any specific implementation details or suggestions.
