This PR introduces a public
--enable-monitoringoption to GraalVM Native Image, which can be used to enable specific monitoring features in native executables and shared libraries. The comma-separated list can currently containheapdump,jfr,jvmstat, orall(to enable all monitoring features). For example,--enable-monitoring=heapdump,jvmstatenables heap dumps and the new jvmstat support. More monitoring features such as JMX will be added when supported.Note that
-H:±AllowVMInspectionis now deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
