For the JFR event
ExecuteVMOperation, we need to know which VM operations are present in the image. For this, I introduced the methodVMOperationInfos.get(...)that gets folded at image build time.Most changes in this PR are refactorings to ensure that
VMOperationInfos.get(...)is used consistently for all VM operations.
