…parsing empty or null datafile (#77)
* Use `@BeforeClass` to do static set up. The datafiles and configs need to only be set up once per test. Takes about 1 second of each test case run time. * make genericUserId static
* skip the exhaustive `generateBucketValueDistribution` when we're not testing on Travis builds * Check for ENV variable set to true by default by travis. * use exhaustive test for gradles
