Cover all LabelSelector for v2

Because of the recent changes in v2 we are not able to handle all label selector just a very specific subset. This should be fixed to have all the label selectors covered.

This should be addressed by an upcoming version of the Fabric8 client where we can pass selectors as String instead of having to build them.
