Description

Update of-watchdog to 0.9.6

Incorporates changes from #52
Closes #51

Motivation and Context

How Has This Been Tested?

  1. Created new function with local templates using faas-cli new python3-flask-test --lang python3-flask
  2. Build and deployed function using faas-cli up -f ./python3-flask-test.yml
  3. Invoked function
