456 generators in Atlantic ocean

In table model_draft.ego_dp_supply_res_powerplant 456 offshore windturbines are located in the Atlantic ocean close to Cape Verde. Any ideas where this bug comes from and how to fix it? I think we already dealt with such a bug, but I cannot find the corresponding issue.

Looks like the geometry of lon and lat are transposed. I will take a look.

I had a look in the preprocessing script and it seems to be a problem with the SRID here:
