Add w_id in generator mviews #239
Description
The column w_id (weather_id) needs to be added to the generator mviews ego_supply_res_powerplant_(sq,nep2035,ego100)_mview.
Mviews in the database and the corresponding scripts in the dataprocessing need to be updated.
