A: The repository contains only OpenCV-Python package build scripts, but not OpenCV itself. Python bindings for OpenCV are developed in official OpenCV repository and it's the best place to report issues. Also please check {OpenCV wiki](https://github.com/opencv/opencv/wiki) and [the official OpenCV forum](https://forum.opencv.org/) before file new bugs.
