Add Calibration & Validation activities

I have created a draft with a Calibration and Validation activities in #307. I have also added calibration_type and validation_type columns respectively.

Questions:

1. Do we need validation_type? Which should be its values?
2. Do we need calibration_type? Which should be its values?

For the time being there is only one calibration "type" for ME-models. Also, the current validation implementation on the BlueCelluLab side executes all validations at once, so there is a single activity which produces multiple ValidationResults and validation type is basically encoded in the name of the entity - of course we can split those, but I'm not sure there is much value in doing so.

Given the above, I would not add validation/calibration types for now. We can do that later when needed.

@evakennyobi this is already done, Eleftherios had merged his changes last week and I see now that those are already deployed in staging.
