vader btl doesn't work with SGI UV xpmem #322
Description
The vader btl doesn't work with SGI UV xpmem. There are several options for handling this problem, one of them being to disable use of xpmem on SGI UV until there is sufficient interest to warrant supporting it. Full support for SGI UV should probably involve adding support for UV's GRU direct access API, etc.
