That's a tough one. I can't find a convincing alternative. Maybe "Managing files outside Documents"?
or "Adding files from and to Documents" - but both are kinda mehhh 🤷♂️
Same for the intro.
"You can send files to the Documents app or access files from the Documents app from any record."?
