the dbm package in opam doesn't install (neither compile?) its ocamldoc

Hello,

The *.cmt and *.cmti files are not installed.
Related to ocaml/opam-repository#10333
Tools like ocp-browser allow to browse the interface and ocamldoc of a module when such files are installed.

Just for info, I was building something on top of dbm recently (https://github.com/UnixJunkie/phashtbl). That's why I was interested into having a look at the ocamldoc of dbm, to reflect it correctly.
