Allow to use Vg library in Toplevel and Exercices
Allow print_svg to display svg file in the toplevel. Use Re to update the svg.

Allow the builder to use different libraries from stdlib in the exercises.

this PR completes #352 and provides the following features:
test_vgto compare two vg imagestest_vg_against_solutionto compare a variable with the student answer
