Simplify Deployment Manifests

As a potential user of NKG
I want the manifest files simplified in the deployment manifests folder in the NKG repo
So that when I install NKG using manifests, I am not hindered by the need to evaluate each manifest file to see what is relevant to deploy for my environment.

Acceptance

• Consolidate files into something like quickstart.yaml that contains all the k8s manifests for the static-mode install.

Can you help me understand how a Helm chart relates to auditing for you?

When I'm validating that the deployed manifests match an official release, it is far less for for me to check with helm than to pull down the manifests by hand and then run diffs.

By "auditing" I mean checking that production matches the expected content rather than any of the other long list of possible definitions.
