Object Change records do not appear on NetBox restart

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom object type
2. create a text field on the COT
3. create a CO and add data to the text field
4. edit the CO and edit the text field
5. view the list of Object Changes and Update for the CO in the list
6. Restart NetBox

Expected Behavior

The object change should still be in the list

Observed Behavior

The update event is no longer in the Object Change list
