Please move these lines so that they are organized alphabetically among the other settings. Please also add entries in the security configuration documentation explaining the purpose of these parameters.

Added SECURE_HSTS_SECONDS, SECURE_HSTS_INCLUDE_SUBDOMAINS, and SECURE_HSTS_PRELOAD to settings.py.
