Filtering custom fields by content type produces incorrect filter

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Other -> Custom Fields
2. Filter by any Content Type

Expected Behavior

It should filter by the selected Content Type

Observed Behavior

It tries to filter by ALL Content Types
