"Edit Selected" & "Delete Selected" buttons are missing in the Prefixes -> Ip Addresses view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on IPAM -> Prefixes
2. Select a prefix
3. Click on IP Addresses
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

Expected Behavior

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, the "Edit Selected" & "Delete Selected" buttons should appear there.

It works on every other site with selectable entries, for example IP Addresses. (It also works in v2.11.12)

Observed Behavior

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, the "Edit Selected" & "Delete Selected" buttons are missing.
