Console Speed Issue - Can't set speed to 115,200

### Steps to Reproduce

Unable to set the console speed to 115,200 via the dropdown button. 



### Expected Behavior

Speed gets set to 115,200 on we move on with the day :) 

### Observed Behavior

"Ensure the Value is less than or equal to 32767"
