Inconsistent action Updated display in change log

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a virtual machine
2. update the virtual machine

Expected Behavior

The change log records on the homepage and on /extras/changelog/ and and /virtualization/virtual-machines/xxx/changelog/ for the Updated action are displayed in the same way.

Observed Behavior

/extras/changelog/ and /virtualization/virtual-machines/xxx/changelog/ show the change record as Updated in blue (label-primary).
The "Change Log" widget on the homepage shows the change records as Modified in yellow (label-warning).
