Direct user to appropriate tab under device view after editing components

Environment

• Python version: 3.6.9
• NetBox version: 2.9.7

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a device
2. Create a console port on that device

Expected Behavior

After creating the console port, I should be redirected to the "console ports" tab on the device view.

Observed Behavior

I return to the device view, however the "interfaces" tab is highlighted (because it is the default tab). This applies to other component types as well.

This was originally raised in #5089 but I think I've identified a solution.
