changelog: pre/post data change color does not take into account scrollbar #20017

Steps to Reproduce
Make a change that contains a long text (like the description). Open the changelog for that entry and use the scrollbar to view the full change in the post-change data "table".
Expected Behavior
The green or red color should be the full line.
(I understand this is just a minor bug and has no actual function impact)
Observed Behavior
The green or red color stops at the original size.
