DeviceType ModuleBays has extraneous Add button at bottom

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a DeviceType
2. Add a ModuleBay to the DeviceType
3. Go to the ModuleBay Tab

Expected Behavior

The add button should be inline with the other buttons

Observed Behavior

The add button is on a new line

Also the buttons are completely inconsistent with ModuleType:
