Steps to Reproduce

• Create a custom field (JSON) for devices
• Put random JSON string in 2 ore more devices
• Bulk edit 2 or more devices (keeping the custom field empty)

Behavior is identical to #7321

Expected Behavior

The custom JSON value should not be edited

Observed Behavior

The custom JSON value is emptied
