Recent Activity on users details page in the new Admin section is filtering incorrect

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Admin
2. Click on Users
3. Click on a specific user

### Expected Behavior

All recent activities from that specific is shown in the Recent Activity section

### Observed Behavior

All recent activities from your current logged in user is shown instead
