Cloning a tag does simply create a blank one

Steps to Reproduce

Nothing big here, but it would be nice if the "clone" button follow the logic applied to other types.
Especially if #11541 is being implemented.

To reproduce:

1. Navigate to /extras/tags/
2. Click on an existing tag
3. Click on Clone

Expected Behavior

Properties (color and maybe description) should follow the clone.

Observed Behavior

We are presented the /extras/tags/add/ page, without having any properties cloned.
