Filter on PoE type for Interfaces

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Interfaces
2. Click Filters
3. Select PoE Type

Expected Behavior

The selection field should show PoE types.

Observed Behavior

The selection field is showing PoE modes.

I'm not super familiar with the code, but I did find a duplicate of "InterfacePoEModeChoices".
