Reservation "Create & Add Another" save form inputs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a reservation, fill in at least the required attributes
2. Choose "Create & Add Another"
3. Notice that "Rack" is not pre-filled

Expected Behavior

Like the other "Create & Add Another" workflows, the fields that are filled should be pre-filled (with some exception)

Observed Behavior

Only the "User" field is pre-filled.
