Set default branch name of 'master' in settings.py and then checkout the branch as appropriate.
Added REPO_BRANCH default env variable.
Fixed quotes to be consistent with the rest of settings.py
Added documentation for REPO_BRANCH environment variable.

I am testing updates to the devicetype-library and in preparation for the pull request the changes are in a branch, this allows me to test those changes within the branch.
The branch is being defaulted to 'master' in both the settings.py and the .env file so there should be no issues with existing users to the best of my knowledge.
