* Update the default `user_agent` to conform the new common format * Added support for Bolt 5.3 with the new `bolt_agent` string
Align the implementation with the ADR changes: * The default `user_agent` remains untouched * `bolt_agent` becomes a dictionary instead of a string
This would constitute a breaking change. So we go back to replacing an empty string (or any falsy value) with the driver's default user_agent.
