Adding
GetFeatures,ForcedRoutingTableUpdate, andGetRoutingTable` messages.Additionally, the backend will send the log output testkit which prints it to stdout if debug mode is enabled. This makes debugging the Python driver through testkit easier if, for example, the driver's backend is running inside a Docker container.
