Failing to get a routing table because the user requests it for a non-existent DB would cause the driver to raise a
ServiceUnavailable("Routing support broken on server ..."). This is not very helpful. This PR will change it so that the original error (Neo4jErrorwith codeNeo.ClientError.Database.DatabaseNotFound) is surfaced to the user.
