Backend Docker Image Size ~ 10GB

The backend docker image size is coming close to 10GB (approx). There are too many packages in the requirements.txt, do you think we can ignore some to reduce the image size.

@tanaydalmia we have optimized backend image size and its now reduced to 4GB, we will have it in next release.
