Compatibility with multi-lingual websites (WPML, qTranslate, etc.)

Hello,

Right now there is an issue with wordpress-https forcing SSL exclusively on translated pages.

For example, I check the Force SSL Exclusively option and I do the following tests:

• Open http://mysite.com/ -- SUCCESFUL redirection to https
• Open http://mysite.com/es/ -- FAILED redirection to https

This would be a great step forward for the plugin.
