restart: Resource is loaded, but has errors (Couldn't parse meta file for resource 'resourceName')
you got example message, if you have 5 line meta.xml this is easy to find error, but if you have 200 lines meta.xml, have a great time.

Next to this message should appear information same as xmlLoadFile shows up

Do not make any mistake in meta.xml
