RUST-665
This updates the spec tests to validate that the Rust driver allows fields with dollar-prefixed or dotted keys; the driver did not special case those characters, so no changes on that front were necessary.
As a lemma, updated the unified runner to be more consistent about not comparing values for expected "upsertedCount" keys (this was previously implemented for some but not all circumstances), and to print expected and actual values for mismatch.
