Fixes the failing RHEL-based ABI stability tasks on EVG. The
rhel9-latestdistro recently updated the available Clang version from 19.1.7 to 20.1.8. Therhel9-latestdistro's installation of Clang appears to bind theclangbinary toclang-20, so the version suffix should no longer be necessary and can be removed for better forward-compatibility with future Clang version updates. Note: the version suffix was introduced by #1294 back when the distro provided Clang 12 as the defaultclangbinary rather than the newer Clang 17.
