Resolves CXX-3228 for the releases/v4.0 branch (EVG project:
mongo-cxx-driver-latest-release). See #1344 for more info.Verified by this patch (note the
branch=releases/v4.0in SilkBomb output).This PR includes the minimal changes required to support regularly executing the SilkBomb 2.0 tasks for all subsequent commits to the releases/v4.0 release branch going forward.
