Addition of
bootstrap4-*.jsfiles to offer out-of-the-box comparability with Bootstrap 4.The fix is only a simple class change due to the
btn-defaultstyle available in Bootstrap 3 being renamed tobtn-secondaryin Bootstrap 4.
