Choose of python interpreter don't work #25494

Hello,
I just switched from windows 10 to windows 11. I needed to reinstall Python and VS Code (With python extension). After all reinstalled, i just couldn't choose an interpreter and run a python file. In other words, when i try to click on the run button or type Ctrl-Shift-p then >python run python file in Terminal, nothing happen, no report on the Output panel. I am aware that this is not the first topic about a kind of issue like this. i already made my own research, tried the several answer about this.

Here is the way I experience this issue :
- Download the python extension
- Open a python file
- Can't launch python file
- Ctrl-Shift-P > Python Select intepreter with the path of python exe
- Try to launch python file
- Can't launch python file
