Python extension does not display the name of the first executable file when running multiple programs in the terminal

Thank you for modifying the logic of the run button in the Python extension. However, when running Python programs in two terminals, the name of the executable file for the first program is still not displayed, as shown in the figure below.

I hope it can be fixed as soon as possible.

The intent behind this was that we didn't want to make name too complicated for the first Python-like terminal which was opened, hence we kept it as "Python". For subsequent terminals, we put a suffix with the filename.
