Description
The STAC and Tiler services no longer use Storage Account Access Keys for Blob or Table operations. Instead, workload identity is used (and provided to the STAC service, which didn't previously have it enabled). In development, an Account Key is still available to use for connecting to Azurite, but the application ensures that other account keys can't be used. Similarly, SAS token access has been removed, since that is dependent upon Access Keys being available. The
pcapiscli was updated to operate on a CLI credential as a result.
