This extra folder is making PyPi think we are trying to upload to the
bytecodeproject, which is breaking debugpy releases. I tried deleting the folder as a pipeline step before generating the wheels, but versioneer is too smart and marks the wheels as dirty, which also breaks the upload to PyPi.So I'm deleting this folder here, then generating a new tag, then a new internal build, then trying the release again.
