Both of them are related to #53246 / #54538. Since there are no tests available for both PRs, I am uncertain whether it is necessary to exclude
ObjectFlags.CouldContainTypeVariablesComputed/ObjectFlags.CouldContainTypeVariablesfor all anonymous type instantiations.../cc @weswigham @ahejlsberg
