Error: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/home/built' #13335
Description
This started happening since I last upgraded node_modules. I get this error when I run gulp tsc after a gulp clean.
My TypeScript folder is in /home/andy/TypeScript, so apparently it's trying to access 2 levels above that.
