Missing GeoParquet Items For Several Collections

We noticed that the GeoParquet datasets for several collections appear to be missing.

I've reproduced this issue with the example from the "Bulk STAC item queries with GeoParquet" doc, for the following collections:

• mobi
• chloris-biomass
• io-biodiversity

Attempting to load the geoparquet-items asset raises a FileNotFoundError exception for pyarrow.

Can you please advise us on any changes needed to access these datasets? Thanks!

Hi @samn, we have been revamping the geoparquet export for Planetary Computer. The changes have been deployed, it was a combination of:

• Update pgstac_reader stac-utils/stac-geoparquet#101
• Fix STAC Geoparquet export planetary-computer-tasks#328

For the 3 collections you mentioned, I see that we are still missing io-biodiversity. I hope to have this resolved by next week, sorry for the interruption!

io-biodiversity is now there, and I think all the collections are now re-exported. If you can confirm you are unblocked, we can close this issue.

Amazing, I can confirm that I'm able to retrieve the geoparquet item for all three of those collections. Thanks for the quick fix, @ghidalgo3!
