This PR proposes renaming of the OpenAPI Commandline tool from Microsoft.OpenApi.Tool to Microsoft.OpenApi.Hidi, a Swahili term that means conversion.
This entails:

  • Renaming the project and updating the .sln file
  • Updating the tool command name from openapi-parser to hidi
  • Adjusts the namespaces
  • Update the build.cmd and install-tool scripts
  • Update the ci-cd.yml and codeql.yml scripts
