Any chance you can add tests/assertions for the changes for the relevant extensions in the tests?
This would probably be an inverse of the test at

OpenAPI.NET/test/Microsoft.OpenApi.Tests/MicrosoftExtensions/OpenApiReservedParameterExtensionTests.cs
