Mac Py36 extended test fails due to missing attribute get_marker

It looks like this might be happening because the get_marker() method was removed in version 4.0 of pytest and the pytest-remotedata plugin is trying to call this missing method. It appears that this has been fixed in version 0.3.1 of pytest-remotedata.

Here are the current versions reported in the mac test run:
